Paloma was born in 1995 and raised in Seabrook, Texas near Houston. Always being an artistic child in elementary school, she often copied different pictures of her favorite creatures such as horses, dragons and cats. By the age of twelve she was gifted her first Wacom tablet, and since then became a digital artist. Her art pieces nowadays are mainly painted in Procreate using an iPad Pro, though she is also experienced in Photoshop. She learns digital painting techniques and fundamentals on her own accord using various tutorials available online and studying other artists.
After graduating from Clear Falls High School in 2013, she obtained her Associate of Fine Arts from San Jacinto College Central in 2015. In the Spring of 2018, Paloma graduated with honors from the University of Houston-Clear Lake obtaining her BFA in Graphic Design. She channels her design skills into her illustrations. Her work mainly consists of portraits, reference studies and imaginative illustrations. Paloma strives to become a concept artist for game and animation studios and currently freelances doing portrait work.
